BUILD THE HEART FIRST.
A Proposed Vision for TELOS District™ at Teravalis | Buckeye, Arizona.
Most master-planned communities begin with infrastructure and the promise of what will come.
TELOS District™ begins with the heart of the community—the experience.
Envisioned as an approximately 300-acre destination, TELOS District™ brings together nature, wellness, dining, hospitality, recreation and thoughtfully designed homes in one extraordinary setting.
It is a place to play, gather, dine, stay, explore, belong and live—where multiple generations can create their own experiences while remaining connected to something larger.
The idea is simple: create the destination first. Give people a reason to visit. A reason to return. And ultimately, a reason to call it home.
THE HEART THAT MAKES THE COMMUNITY MATTER.
TELOS District™ is a new model for community development—creating identity, connection and a sense of place from the very beginning.
Rooted in nature. Connected by purpose.
