TELOS Montana
Telos Flying C Ranch is located 2 hours from Billings, Montana and is comprised of over 20,000 acres adjacent to a highly protected BLM land reservation. Telos vision for this rugged and remote ranch includes a private golf experience and unbelievable outdoorsman opportunities ranging from world class fishing on the Stillwater River to ranching and hunting. Farming and Ranching on the project allow for a sustainable Telos Culinary experience on site. A Telos Health and Wellness Lab will be delivered for members use, taking advantage of the climate, air quality, and water quality almost unheard of in the West.
TELOS Idaho
Telos Idaho rests on approximately 800 acres, located in East Hope Idaho on a privately owned peninsula jutting into Lake Ponderay and surrounded by US forestry Service Lands and the upper reaches of the Bitterroot Mountains. The Telos Idaho property is characterized by dense forest and steep topography, yielding high view potentials from all points on the property. The Telos Vision for the property includes a championship golf course, lake/cliffside boutique member hotel, 350 residential offerings and a full-service private marina. The Telos vision of Health and Wellness will be deployed through the boutique member hotel and local Health and Wellness Lab. The site is approximately 1 hour, 40 minutes from Spokane International Airport, 1 hour from Coeur d'Alene Airport (private jet service), and 45 minutes to Schweitzer Ski Resort

Telos Palm Beach, approximately 26-minute drive from PBI airport and less than 20 minutes from downtown Palm Beach, brings the Telos Vision to the most sought-after market in Florida. Comprised of a new Private Golf experience, designed by world renown champion and designer, Jack Nicklaus, Telos Palm Beach will deliver 50 highly crafted residential units. The Telos Culinary program and a Telos Health and Wellness Lab will be critical amenities offered to the members only club. Telos Palm Beach is ideally located to draw from Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Ocean Ridge, Wellington, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.
Founders to Farm to Fork to Future
P. Allen Smith is a passionate designer and entrepreneur. His ventures include media, television, conservation development, land planning, and landscape design, and most recently, the manufacturing of structurally insulated panels. Smith has one of the longest and most successful programs on PBS, with two additional syndicated programs broadcast on all major US networks and internationally. He is a trustee at Winterthur House Museum (Brandywine Valley, DE), and a former board member of the Royal Oak Society (the American arm of the British National Trust), he is also a member of the philanthropic Order of St. John. He graduated from Hendrix College in Arkansas and attended the University of Manchester School of Architecture. He presents regularly around the country, is a TEDx speaker, and author of six best- selling books (two more are scheduled for release, one of which is specifically on Moss Mountain Farm). During his downtime, Allen paints, cooks, and tends to his flocks at his beloved Moss Mountain Farm.
